Emma Haggas

Emma started her career in corporate law in New Zealand. She decided to follow the numerous Antipodeans to London in 2017.  She is currently a commercial legal counsel at Vice Media and advises on a broad range of commercial projects, content licensing and gives a range of general corporate and commercial legal advice.

She has enjoyed volunteering across a range of projects throughout her life.  Most recently, she was a volunteer for The Mothers Project in New Zealand, a charity helping incarcerated Mother’s to contact their children.

Emma looks forward to using her legal, accountancy skills and wider experience to help Peer Power and the young people of the UK receive better opportunities and outcomes.  She is determined to help young people advance and receive the same opportunities she was fortunate to experience in her youth.
