3 x Peer Leaders– variable hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in the development of a new and fast-growing youth charity.

Peer Leaders will recruit, engage, consult with and support the emotional well-being of young people across London to participate in Peer Power projects.

Peer Leaders will help to run Peer Power workshops and take part in events with young people and their support agencies (e.g. Youth Offending Services, Social Services, Youth Centres, Health services).

We are looking for inspiring people, and it is important to us that you be a good role model, and can inspire, motivate and engage young people to get involved with our projects.

We welcome applications from people who have overcome adversity and difficult times in their life. Are you able to tell your story in a way that inspires, and our young people could relate to?

We want to create a pool of Peer Leaders that can take part in different projects across London engaging young people. You can find out more about the job role from the Job Description document. The hours will vary each week but we will always tell you in advance what is available each week. You will be paid the London Living Wage which is currently £9.75 per hour.
