To support wellbeing and work-life balance, Peer Power Youth currently operates a four-day week, and offers flexible working.

This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in the development of a young and fast-growing youth charity that is rooted in the promotion of empathy.

We are looking for inspiring people, and it is important to us that you be a good role model, and can inspire, motivate and engage young people to get involved with our projects. It is vital that you are able to relate to our young people, share experiences, empathise, promote wellbeing and inspire hope. We welcome applications from people who have overcome adversity and difficult times in their life. Are you able to tell your story in a way that inspires, and our young people could relate to?
