Nicola is a Chartered MCIPD Human Resources professional currently working in the arts sector. Previously working within charity, public and third sector organisations, she has a wealth of experience in all aspects of human resources including diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and people strategy.

Nicola is also a mentor within the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, mentoring junior human resources professionals in their careers. As a values-led human resources professional, she strongly believes in the power of empathy and equal access to life’s opportunities for all.
