On Tuesday, July 16 NHS England hosted a workshop with the goal of developing of a new service for young people with the most complex needs. At the moment the most vulnerable young people may be accessing multiple services but there isn’t a clear strategy or joined up approach in supporting these young person to thrive. At the event Peer Power Experts generated ideas about how services should look, alongside professionals from across the country and from different sectors for example, health, education and voluntary sector, to ensure young people aren’t falling through gaps in support services. We look forward to the services being developed around the country soon!
